Stage 1

Market assessment and event kick-off

Working with you, we assess the market viability and potential audience for your event to help curate its clear USP. Once the event brief is decided, we make a start on location, venue sourcing, budget and the event brand. We’ll set up all systems for event registration and marketing. Houston, we have lift off!

Stage 2

Venue, design & agenda

Now we’ve locked in the date and venue, it’s time to plan the agenda. Using our market expertise, we research and develop your event’s agenda identifying the speaker longlist along the way. At the same time, our design team gets to work on bringing your event alive through designed digital assets. The momentum is building!

Stage 3

Marketing, ticket sales & speakers

During stage 3, the event marketing ramps up and delegates start to come in. Speakers are confirmed. Food and beverage choices are made. Your AV, hybrid and live stream options are briefed in and we start to prepare all of the on-the-day brand activations. It’s coming together!

Stage 4

Prep, activation & delivery

In the weeks leading up to the event, everything’s coming together. On-site brand activations are built, final delegates are in, sponsors are taken care of and speaker prep calls take place. All you need to do is show up to your event and enjoy knowing that everything is taken care of!
